In exercise of the powers conferred by article 140, subsection 3) and 148 of the Political Constitution and in accordance with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), Law N° 5605 of October 30, 1974 and the provisions of articles 6, 12, 14 and 18 of the Wildlife Conservation Law N° 7317 of October 30, 1992.
