in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Regulation 29319 Modifies the budgetary spending limit and effective spending limit of the National Parks Fund Full Text of record: 42DE1 No. 29319-H No. 29319-H THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF FINANCE Based on the powers conferred by subsections 3) and 18) of numeral 140 of the Political Constitution, articles 26 and 27 of the General Public Administration Act, laws No. 7554 of October 4, 1995, No. 6084 of August 17, 1977, and Executive Decree No. 24652-MIRENEM of September 20, 1995.
Considering:
7554 establishes that the Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE) is the governing body in environmental matters, and must therefore ensure the protection, conservation, and use of natural resources as an indispensable condition for sustainable economic development.
28639-H, published in La Gaceta No. 101 of May 26, 2000, the Budgetary Authority formulated the General Budgetary Policy Guidelines for 2001, which were made known to the Government Council and approved by the President of the Republic, establishing the budgetary spending limits and effective spending limits for the current year for the entities covered by the scope of the aforementioned Collegiate Body.
Therefore, They decree:
