Decree:
16277-MAG, which is the General Regulation of SENARA, so that henceforth it shall read as follows:
"Article 4- . The Minister of Agriculture and Livestock shall designate, by ministerial resolution, an alternate who shall substitute for him in his absences at sessions of the Board of Directors of SENARA, without prejudice to the fact that in such cases the person serving as vice president of the Board shall preside."
Done at the Presidency of the Republic.- San José, on the twenty-fourth day of the month of November of one thousand nine hundred and eighty-nine.
