TRANSITIONAL PROVISION: The first appointment of the Superior Judges shall be made for the remainder of the respective legal period, and the Third Chamber of the Superior Administrative Contentious Court shall begin its functions once the corresponding budgetary allocation is available. As long as this new Chamber does not begin its functions, the matters shall continue to be heard by the Chambers of the Superior Administrative Contentious Court that, to date, have been responsible for them, but following the procedures set forth in this Law.
Regarding decisions issued before this Law enters into force and that, under previous law, were subject to an appeal in cassation, such appeal shall be admitted, when formally appropriate, and the First Chamber must hear and resolve it as appropriate in law.
