El Poder Ejecutivo actúa en ejercicio de la potestad que le confiere el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones para revocar el beneficio cuando desaparezcan los motivos que lo justificaron, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 33 ter del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones.
