La tabla establece los porcentajes del coeficiente de ocupación de superficie (COS) que deben aplicarse según los materiales y elementos constructivos utilizados en los proyectos turísticos. Se regulan las cubiertas (techos de acrílico, losa de concreto expuesta, techo verde), calles y parqueos (zacate block, gravalock, concreto permeable, adoquín, concreto o asfalto, cordón y caño), y piscinas y espejos de agua.
