In response to the official letter indicated in the reference, in which the Council Agreement No. 305-2020, adopted in ordinary session No. 25-2020 of April 27, 2020, regarding the matter of the Regulations for obtaining Construction Permits of the Municipality of Barva, which literally indicates: "The Municipal Council agrees to receive and approve said report; the modification to the Regulations for Obtaining Construction Permits of the Municipality of Barva is approved; they forward it to the municipal mayor to proceed with the corresponding publication (.)". Regarding this agreement, I must indicate that some formal errors remained in it, so I request that it be correctly stated to proceed with the publication, and that it read as follows:
"Add the following article: Article 14.- Validity of the license. Construction licenses have a validity of one year after their issuance. Once that period has elapsed, in the event that construction has not commenced, the construction license must be renewed. For such purposes, the Municipality will recalculate the tax based on the new appraisal of the re-stamping of the plans before the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica (CFIA) and will deduct the sum previously paid, and the difference will be charged. In addition, updated certifications must be submitted (consulting contract, registry report, INS occupational risk insurance policy, and must be current with obligations to the Municipality). This procedure must be carried out in physical form before the Engineering Department of The Municipality of Barva."
