in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 419 Extends the validity of agreement AJDIP-040-2018 "Rehabilitation of commercial fishing licenses that had expired without a renewal application having been submitted" COSTA RICAN INSTITUTE OF FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE (INSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA) AJDIP/419-2019.-Puntarenas, on the ninth day of August, two thousand nineteen.
I.-That a motion is known from Board Member Deiler Ledezma Rojas requesting an extension of the deadline established by Board of Directors agreement AJD1P-040-2018 regarding the rehabilitation process for commercial fishing licenses (licencias de pesca comercial), namely, to December 31 of this year; for which reason, the Board of Directors,
AGREES:
1°-To accept the motion of Director Deiler Ledezma Rojas.
2°-To extend the documentation submission deadline for the commercial fishing license rehabilitation process, established through agreement AJDIP-040-2018, to December 31, 2019.
3°-Once said deadline has passed, this agreement shall not be extended, with no exceptions.
4°-Final agreement. Let it be communicated.

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 419 Prorroga vigencia del acuerdo AJDIP-040-2018 "Rehabilitación de licencias de pesca que se hubiesen vencido sin haber sido presentada solicitud de prórroga" INSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA AJDIP/419-2019.-Puntarenas, a los nueve días del mes de agosto de dos mil diecinueve.
I.-Que se conoce moción del Directivo Deiler Ledezma Rojas donde solicita extender el plazo establecido mediante el acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJD1P-040-2018 referente al proceso de rehabilitación de licencias de pesca comercial, siendo estos, al 31 de diciembre del presente año; razón por la cual, la Junta Directiva,
ACUERDA:
1°-Acoger la moción del Director Deiler Ledezma Rojas.
2°-Extender el plazo de entrega de documentación del proceso de rehabilitación de licencias de pesca comercial, establecido mediante el acuerdo AJDIP-040-2018, al 31 de diciembre del 2019 3°-Vencido dicho plazo, el presente acuerdo no será prorrogado, sin excepciones.
4°-Acuerdo firme. Comuníquese.
