"1-To authorize, on a one-time-only basis, the rehabilitation of commercial fishing licenses that had expired without the renewal thereof having been previously requested, under the following conditions:
4º-Having heard official note DGT-115-2019, presented by Mr. Otárola Fallas, after deliberation, the Board of Directors. Therefore; AGREES:
1º-To accept receipt of official note DGT-115-2019, presented by Mr. Álvaro Otárola Fallas, Acting Technical Director General of INCOPESCA.
2º-To add two new subparagraphs to Article 1 of Agreement N° AJDIP/040-2018, so that it reads as follows:
