The following instruments are repealed:
a. Articles 2 and 4 of Executive Decree No. 34204 "Repeal of Executive Decree No. 27485-MINAE, and of subsections A) and B) of Article 10 of Executive Decree No. 30077-MINAE, and Modification of Article 20 of Executive Decree No. 33525-MINAE, published in La Gaceta No. 31 of February 13, 2007" of November 23, 2007, published in La Gaceta No. 08 of January 11, 2008.
b. Executive Decree No. 37109 "Regulation of the Environmental Recognition System (SIREA) and repeal of Executive Decree No. 33525-MINAE, Regulation for granting the Ecological Flag certificate, of November 27, 2006" of February 13, 2012, published in Supplement No. 67 to La Gaceta No. 99 of May 23, 2012.
c. Executive Decree No. 37707-MINAE "Regulation for establishing the registration and evaluation costs within the framework of the Environmental Recognition System" of April 19, 2013, published in Supplement No. 106 to La Gaceta No. 111 of June 11, 2013.
d. Administrative resolution R-425-2013-MINAE which approves the Procedure for call, admissibility, evaluation methodology, and awarding of the recognitions created in Article 10 of Executive Decree No. 37109.
Transitory Provision I. MINAE, through DIGECA, within a period of three months from the publication of this Regulation in the Official Gazette La Gaceta, will make available to the public on its website www.digeca.go.cr, the administrative resolution that officializes the qualification instrument with its respective values, as indicated in Article 11 of this Regulation, and the official registration form indicated in Article 9, subsection a) of this Regulation.
Transitory Provision II. MINAE will have a maximum period of six months from the publication of this Regulation in the Official Gazette La Gaceta to issue the administrative resolution mentioned in Article 18 of this Regulation regarding the right to and use of the SIREA seal (distintivo) and its scope.
Transitory Provision III. All those recognitions incorporated into SIREA under Executive Decree No. 37109 "Regulation of the environmental recognition system (SIREA) and repeal of Executive Decree No. 33525-MINAE, Regulation for granting the Ecological Flag certificate, of November 27, 2006", will continue forming part of SIREA, according to the validity period established in Article 17, which will come into effect upon the publication of this Regulation in the Official Gazette La Gaceta.
Transitory Provision IV. The MINAE bodies that make up the CTC-SIREA will have a period of fifteen days from the publication of this Regulation in the Official Gazette La Gaceta to appoint their representatives (principal and alternate).
