in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 002 Creates the National Oil Palm Commission MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK MINISTERIAL AGREEMENT N° 002-2019-MAG Office of the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock.—San José, at twelve o'clock on the twenty-fourth of January, two thousand nineteen.
In exercise of the powers conferred by articles 140, subsection 20), and 146 of the Political Constitution, articles 25, 27.1, 28.2b, Chapter Three of Title Two of Law N° 6227 of May 2, 1978, General Law of Public Administration, and Law N° 7064 of April 29, 1987, Law for the Promotion of Agricultural Production, which incorporates the Organic Law of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
IT IS AGREED:
CREATION OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION OF OIL PALM
Considering:
a. Manage and articulate the application of the National Oil Palm Strategy.
b. Promote at the national level the practice of the results obtained in the National Program of Innovation and Technology Transfer for Oil Palm.
c. Propose the core areas of work to achieve fulfillment of the National Strategy.
d. Coordinate with the PITTA PALMA Commission the future needs in terms of research and technology transfer for the oil palm sector.
e. Recommend to the minister public policies for the improvement of the sector.
f. Disseminate through the MAG information on agronomic and financial recommendations for the oil palm activity.
(Thus amended the preceding subsection by article 1° of agreement N° 004-2019-MAG of March 27, 2019) g) Two representatives of private companies in the industrialization and commercialization of oil palm; with their respective alternates.

En uso de las facultades que les confieren los artículos 140 inciso 20) y 146 de la Constitución Política, los artículos 25, 27.1, 28.2b, Capítulo Tercero del Título Segundo de la Ley Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978, Ley General de la Administración Pública, la Ley Nº 7064 del 29 de abril de 1987, Ley de Fomento a la Producción Agropecuaria, que incorpora la Ley Orgánica del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.
ACUERDA:
CREACIÓN DE LA COMISIÓN NACIONAL DE PALMA ACEITERA
Considerando:
a. Gestionar y articular la aplicación de la Estrategia Nacional de Palma Aceitera.
b. Promocionar a nivel nacional la práctica de los resultados obtenidos en el Programa Nacional de Innovación y Trasferencia Tecnológica de Palma Aceitera.
c. Proponer los ejes de trabajo para lograr el cumplimiento de la Estrategia Nacional.
d. Coordinar con la Comisión del PITTA PALMA las necesidades futuras en términos del investigación y trasferencia tecnológica del sector palmero.
e. Recomendar al ministro políticas públicas para las mejoras del sector.
f. Difundir a través del MAG la información sobre las recomendaciones agronómicas y financieras de la actividad Palmera.
