The agrarian courts shall have jurisdiction to hear, in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article, claims and matters related to the following aspects, provided they correspond to agrarian and rural development matters:
1- Real and personal rights over agrarian assets, destined or suitable for the development of agrarian, related, and auxiliary activities, and agricultural services, as well as those linked to their protection and exploitation. Also, succession proceedings related to real estate adjudicated by the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural or when a special agrarian succession regime exists.
2- Possession, boundary demarcation (deslinde), division, localization of rights, demolition, suspension of work, titling (titulación), measurement correction, and material delivery of the assets mentioned in the preceding subsection.
3- Acts and contracts related to the constitution or exercise of agricultural production activities, whether related or auxiliary. In collection proceedings, jurisdiction shall be defined by the credit investment plan.
4- Conflicts arising between private parties over the use of environmental assets or services for agricultural activities. Also, the prevention, restoration, and compensation for damages caused by agricultural activities, as well as those that impact such activities.
5- Disputes between private parties arising from the exercise of agricultural activities linked to endemic, organic, improved, derived, essentially derived species and varieties, or those from modified living organisms; including those related to the rights of plant variety breeders.
6- Claims between private parties arising from disputes in intellectual property matters related to agricultural activities.
7- The constitution, development, transformation, dissolution, and liquidation of legal entities, when their main activity is agricultural.
8- Unfair competition conflicts between companies related to agricultural activities.
9- As the final appellate instance, the appeals filed against the resolutions referred to in Law 9036, Transformation of the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA) into the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (Inder), of May 11, 2012.
10- Any other matters established by the legal system.
