en la totalidad del texto - Complete Text of Norm 41487 Declares of Public Utility the Administrative Association of the Rural Aqueduct of Santa Rosa de Turrialba N° 41487-MJP (This executive decree was rendered null by article 1 of executive decree N° 44905 of December 9, 2024) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Based on the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eighth, 1939 and articles 27 and following of the Regulation to the Law of Associations number 29496-J, published in La Gaceta number 96 of May 21, 2001, as well as the provisions of article 3, subsection ch) of the Income Tax Law number 7092 and articles 103 and 104 of the Code of Tax Rules and Procedures number 4755.
I.Article 32 of the Law of Associations No. 218 of August 8, 1939 and its reforms, confers upon the Executive Branch the power to declare of public utility simple, federated, or confederated associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATION OF THE RURAL AQUEDUCT OF SANTA ROSA DE TURRIALBA, legal entity identification number 3-002-296855, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the National Registry since the sixth day of September of two thousand, volume 483, entry 11675.
III.The primary objectives pursued by the Association, according to its bylaws, are: "a) construction and maintenance of the Rural Aqueduct of Santa Rosa; b) administer, operate, and keep in good condition the Aqueduct in accordance with the provisions and regulations that the office of Aqueducts and Sewers may issue in this regard; c) obtain the effective participation of the community in the construction and maintenance of the aqueduct; collaboration in the programs and campaigns of an educational nature that they undertake; d) assist in the dissemination and explanation of the provisions and regulations issued by Aqueducts and Sewers; e) Cooperate with the plans, projects, and works that Aqueducts and Sewers carries out in the community, participate in the surveillance and protection of the water sources, and help in the protection of the hydrographic basins of the region."
IV.Such purpose solves a social need of the first order, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,

l. El artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones Nº 218 de 8 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.
II.LA ASOCIACIÓN ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO RURAL DE SANTA ROSA DE TURRIALBA, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-296855, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Nacional desde el día seis de setiembre de dos mil, tomo 483, asiento 11675.
III.Los objetivos primordiales que persigue la Asociación, según sus estatutos, son: "a) construcción y mantenimiento del Acueducto Rural de Santa Rosa; b) administrar, operar y conservar en buen estado el Acueducto de acuerdo con las disposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita la oficina de Acueductos y Alcantarillados; c) obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad en la construcción y el mantenimiento del acueducto; colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativas que emprendan; d) ayudar en divulgación y explicación de las disposiciones y reglamentos que emita Acueductos y Alcantarillados; e) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que realice Acueductos y Alcantarillados, en la comunidad, participar en la vigilancia y protección de las fu entes y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región."
