Complete Text of record: 11DBE1 HEALTH NOTICE DAJ-RM-097-2018.—At the request of the Directorate of Regulation of Products of Sanitary Interest of the Ministry of Health, the following notice is hereby published:
"Directorate of Regulation of Products of Sanitary Interest. — San José, on the nineteenth day of the month of December of two thousand seventeen.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 4, subsection b) of Law No. 8220 of March 4, 2002, published in Supplement No. 22 to La Gaceta No. 49 of March 11, 2002, "Law for the Protection of Citizens from the Excess of Administrative Requirements and Procedures" and its amendments, and Executive Decree No. 37988-S of October 3, 2013, published in La Gaceta No. 203 of October 22, 2013, "Regulation for the Operation and Use of the 'Regístrelo' Portal," and its amendment, which establishes that the Ministry of Health, by official communication, shall set the dates on which the "Regístrelo" system will take effect for the different products of sanitary interest.
The Directorate of Regulation of Products of Sanitary Interest resolves:
That the registration of pesticides for domestic or professional use, as well as their renewals and post-registration changes in the "Regístrelo" system, will take effect as of January 22, 2018.

"Dirección de Regulación de Productos de Interés Sanitario. - San José, a los diecinueve días del mes de diciembre del dos mil diecisiete.
De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4º inciso b) de la Ley Nº 8220 del 04 de marzo del 2002, publicada en el Alcance Nº 22 en La Gaceta Nº 49 del 11 de marzo del 2002 "Ley de Protección al Ciudadano del Exceso de Requisitos y Trámites Administrativos" y sus reformas, y el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 37988-S del 03 de octubre del 2013, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 203 del 22 de octubre del 2013 "Reglamento para el Funcionamiento y la Utilización del Portal "Regístrelo", y su reforma, el cual establece que el Ministerio de Salud mediante comunicación oficial establecerá las fechas en las cuales entrará a regir el sistema "Regístrelo" para los diferentes productos de interés sanitario.
La Dirección de Regulación de Productos de Interés Sanitario, resuelve:
