Considering
01-2009 of January 28, 2009, the Board of Directors of the National Forestry Financing Fund (Fonafifo) approved the Procedures Manual for the Payment for Environmental Services (Pago de los Servicios Ambientales), which was published in La Gaceta No. 46 on Friday, March 6, 2009.
7575, Executive Decree No. 25721-MINAE and its amendments, the Board of Directors of the National Forestry Financing Fund is the competent body to issue the procedures for executing the Program of Payment for Environmental Services.
The Board of Directors of the National Forestry Financing Fund issues the following modification to the Administrative Procedures Manual:

7.5.1. Farm plan at natural scale, all information contained therein legible and certified by the National Cadastre or Notary Public.
At least two of these points must be vertices of the plan. All GPS points must be at a distance of no less than 50 meters from each other (the locations of the points must be indicated on the sketch) and must be provided in digital form via a point Shape file (shp).
-A single point Shape file must be submitted that includes in the attribute table (dbf), column A, with the name "plano" text type, where the plan number indicated in the application is included; column B with the name "punto" numeric type, where the GPS point number to which it refers is included; and column C with the name "codigo" numeric type shall only be filled in with the numbers indicated in the GPS Reference Catalogue. The format to be followed is:
