in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 03 Approves the Regulatory Plan of Cabuya-Montezuma de Cóbano and issues the Zoning Regulation, the Regulation for the Collection of the Concession Fee, and the Zoning Map Full Text acta: 10FF5C DISTRICT MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CÓBANO The District Municipal Council of Cóbano announces that in extraordinary session number 03-2016, article I, subsection a, held on the ninth day of June of the year two thousand sixteen, at seventeen hours in the session hall of this Council, it adopted an agreement, which states:
· That the Cabuya-Montezuma Integrated Coastal Regulatory Plan has met all legal requirements. ************************************************** · That the Cabuya-Montezuma Integrated Coastal Regulatory Plan has the approval of the Board of Directors of the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo in session number 5927, article 5, subsection 11, held on the eighteenth day of April of the year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen, and with the approval of the Urban Planning Department of the Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo, communicated via official letter CUCTOOT-35-05-2016 dated May thirty-first, two thousand sixteen.************************* AGREEMENT No. 1 With all votes present in favor, IT IS AGREED: "To adopt and implement the Cabuya-Montezuma Integrated Regulatory Plan of Cóbano, Puntarenas, by publishing the Regulation, the Collection Regulation, and the Zoning Map so that they may be applied in the granting of concessions within the Cabuya-Montezuma Coastal Sector."
