For the operation of the Sanitary Services Rental service, the following is required:
a- The concessionaire must open the sanitary services under their charge every day of the week, with a minimum schedule of 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
b- The concessionaire must maintain the sanitary services so that they are always clean and do not emit foul odors.
c- The concessionaire may assign other persons in their absence as managers of the sanitary services, for which purpose they shall notify the ICODER Depto. de Administración de Instalaciones in writing.
d- The concessionaire may not use, in their sanitary service, furniture or equipment that is in poor condition or that disfigures the facility.
e- The concessionaire may not keep any type of pet in the vicinity of the sanitary services.
f- The concessionaire must provide toilet paper and hand soap at all times for users of the sanitary services, as well as paper hand towels or a hand-drying device.
g- The Concessionaire must have a maintenance program for the sanitary services, for which purpose they shall record in a logbook the days and times the facility is maintained. Similarly, waste bins shall be placed, collecting and properly disposing of all waste produced in relation to the service, or by users utilizing the facility.
h- The concessionaire shall coordinate any matter directly with the ICODER Depto. de Administración de Instalaciones, and shall report in writing any anomaly that arises in the use of the assigned facilities.
i- ICODER may request an exemption from the usage fee for the sanitary services when activities for social good or volunteer activities are organized.
j- Each user must pay the usage cost for the sanitary service.
k- Every child under 12 years of age or person with mental or physical disabilities must be accompanied by a responsible adult while using the sanitary service.
l- The concessionaire shall ensure that the internal and external facilities remain in optimal condition. They must make the pertinent repairs when the facility under their concession requires it.
Operating Requirements:
For the operation of the Sales Operation Service, the following is necessary:
a- The concessionaires, in the case of food sales, must have the Food Handling course issued by a pertinent entity.
b- The concessionaires, in the case of food sales, must have the sanitary permits from the Ministry of Health and municipal permits or licenses and comply with what is indicated, failing which, by the regulations and norms of the Ministry of Health. These permits must be up to date, and ICODER officials may request them at any time. Otherwise, ICODER may immediately cancel the concession.
c- The concessionaires may sell only the products authorized for sale to the general public, for which purpose they shall submit a list of products they intend to sell, and this list shall be approved by the Dirección de Gestión de Instalaciones.
d- The concessionaires of sales spaces may only use them for the purpose for which they were created. No other activity will be permitted.
e- The concessionaires must maintain the assigned sales space in the best physical and hygienic conditions.
f- The street vending concessionaires must respect the assigned zones, and may not relocate to other areas outside of the assigned one.
g- The concessionaires must collect the garbage produced by the sale of their products in the assigned zone every day they arrive to provide the service.
h- The concessionaires must maintain, at all times, a good presentation of the stands used for sales. Each concessionaire is responsible for maintaining their respective sales stand. Additional coolers, tents, boxes, cables, etc., will not be permitted, such that stationary or street vending sites cannot be expanded. All street vending and stationary stands must provide the best presentation; all stands will be reviewed and supervised by ICODER.
i- Each concessionaire must carry the necessary utensils (such as napkins, disposable towels, garbage bags, alcohol gel, and others) to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of their surroundings.
j- Each concessionaire must collect and remove from the park the waste derived from the products they sell, such as spoons, straws, plastic cups, and others derived from the aforementioned sales, on a daily basis, or if warranted during the day, multiple times.
k- The sale of food prepared on-site is not permitted, only that authorized by ICODER (in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations). Only the sale of duly packaged, bottled, and otherwise duly sealed food is permitted, with prior authorization from ICODER. Any other type of food not covered by the prior consideration must be authorized by ICODER.
l- All vendors must wear a uniform with the legend "VENDEDOR AUTORIZADO POR EL ICODER," and an identification card indicating: name, ID number, photo, and its validity, with the seal and signature of ICODER.
m- No sale may be subcontracted, rented, or transferred under any condition. Otherwise, the concession becomes void.
n- The sale or consumption of liquors, beers, cigarettes, or psychotropic substances is not permitted under any exception.
o- Fixed or mobile stands that use park shrubs or trees as counters or product dispensers may not be installed or stationed.
p- Sales of any type may not be installed in such a way that they obstruct the roads, trails, sidewalks, or streets of the respective park.
q- If any vendor is removed from the park for breach of contract or at the request of the Ministry of Health, their space may not be used, assigned, or transferred to another vendor, except with written authorization from ICODER.
