FINAL APPROVAL OF THE COMPREHENSIVE REGULATORY PLAN FOR ACANTILADOS AL NORTE DE PLAYA EL JOBO-PUNTA MANZANILLO Considering that the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT), through Ordinary Board of Directors Session No. 5923, article 5, subsection III, held on March 14, 2016; and the Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo (INVU), in its official communication C-UCT-00T-21-03-2016 of April 1, 2016, approved the Comprehensive Regulatory Plan for Acantilados al Norte de Playa Jobo-Punta Manzanillo, thereby concluding the institutional approval process established by Law No. 6043 on the Maritime Terrestrial Zone.
