Considering:
Alexia Umaña Alvarado, Auditor of the Operative and Evaluative Audit Division of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, through which, and in compliance with Provisions 4.5 and 4.6 of Report No. DFOE-EC-IF-15-2014.

10.—That having duly analyzed the official communication remitted by Mrs. Alexia Umaña Alvarado, Auditor of the Operative and Evaluative Audit Division of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Directors deem it, in the interest of attending to the specific requests established in provisions 4.5 and 4.6, absolutely necessary and convenient to modify Agreement AJDIP/060-2015, so that it is understood as being mandatorily integrated beforehand, the criterion of the Technical Scientific Coordination Commission, in the decision-making of the National Closures Commission, regarding the establishment of closure periods.
