in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Standard 0344 Computer System for the registration of operational reports of wastewater Full Text of record: 10B193 DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT DAJ-RM-0344-2016.-At the request of the Directorate for the Protection of the Human Environment (DPAH) of the Ministry of Health, the following notice is published:
"Directorate for the Protection of the Human Environment.—San José, on the second day of February of two thousand sixteen.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 4, subsection b) of Law No. 8220, published in Supplement No. 22 in La Gaceta No. 49 of March 11, 2002, "Law for the Protection of Citizens from Excessive Requirements and Administrative Procedures," and Executive Decree No. 33601-S-MINAE, "Regulation for the Discharge and Reuse of Wastewater" published in La Gaceta No. 55 of April 19, 2007, which establishes in Article 5 that every wastewater generating entity must periodically submit Wastewater Operational Reports to the Ministry of Health, and provision 4.3 of report DFOE-AE-IF-001-2013, entitled Effectiveness of the State in guaranteeing water quality in its different uses, which obligates the Ministry of Health to "Design and implement a computer tool that allows for the systematization of the information coming from the operational reports that generating entities submit...".
In compliance with provision 4.3 mentioned above, the Directorate for the Protection of the Human Environment, jointly with the Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Health, designed the computer tool called "Computer System for the registration of wastewater operational reports." THE DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT, HEREBY RESOLVES:

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 0344 Sistema Informático para el registro de los reportes operacionales de aguas residuales Texto Completo acta: 10B193 DIRECCIÓN DE PROTECCIÓN AL AMBIENTE HUMANO DAJ-RM-0344-2016.-A solicitud de la Dirección de Protección al Ambiente Humano (DPAH) del Ministerio de Salud, se procede a publicar el siguiente aviso:
"Dirección de Protección al Ambiente Humano.-San José, a los dos días del mes de febrero del dos mil dieciséis.
De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4 inciso b) de la Ley N° 8220, publicada en el Alcance N° 22 en La Gaceta N° 49 del 11 de marzo del 2002 "Ley de Protección al Ciudadano del Exceso de Requisitos y Trámites Administrativos" y el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 33601-S-MINAE, "Reglamento de Vertido y Reúso de Aguas Residuales" publicado en La Gaceta Nº 55 del 19 de abril del 2007, el cual establece en el artículo 5° que todo ente generador de aguas residuales debe presentar periódicamente Reportes Operacionales de Aguas Residuales ante el Ministerio de Salud y la disposición 4.3 del informe DFOE-AE-IF-001-2013 denominado Eficacia del Estado para garantizar la calidad del agua en sus diferentes usos que obliga al Ministerio de Salud a "Diseñar e implementar una herramienta informática que permita sistematizar la información proveniente de los reportes operacionales que remiten los entes generadores...".
En cumplimiento a la disposición 4.3 arriba mencionada, la Dirección de Protección al Ambiente Humano conjuntamente con el Departamento de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación del Ministerio de Salud diseñó la herramienta informática denominada "Sistema Informático para el registro de los reportes operacionales de aguas residuales".
