across the entire text - Full Text of Norm 05 Suspend for a period of one year from this date, the granting of water availability and construction permits in the districts of Aserrí Centro and Salitrillos Full Text of acta: 1314A6 MUNICIPALIDAD DE ASERRÍ (Note from Sinalei: By means of an agreement published in La Gaceta No. 200 of October 22, 2019, it is agreed to extend this agreement and suspend for a period of one year from this date, the granting of water availability and construction permits in the districts of Aserrí Centro and Salitrillos") It is agreed to extend agreement No. 05-247, article two, of the ordinary session No. 247, held on January 19, 2015, and therefore it is approved: "Suspend for a period of one year from this date, the granting of water availability and construction permits in the districts of Aserrí Centro and Salitrillos, as a preventive measure to avoid the collapse of the municipal aqueduct in the provision of drinking water service, except for those reconstruction applications that already have an installed water connection (paja de agua), expansion, improvements, and remodeling of already existing buildings. However, given the urgency faced by families in our canton, who suffer a very vulnerable socioeconomic condition, and for whom, due to the previous agreement, the process that would allow them to obtain a social welfare dwelling, acquired through the Housing Bonus (Bono de la Vivienda) with State resources, is being paralyzed, it is approved: "So that from this date, these persons (who process the Bonus individually) are granted the respective water connection (paja de agua) and therefore are approved the construction permit; with the fundamental purpose that the validation period of the Housing Bonus does not expire; causing them thereby to have to initiate the process again, incurring loss of time and resource expenditures." In the same manner, said benefit shall be granted to families intending to build with the Housing Bonus, as well as to social welfare families with a maximum cap of ₡25,000,000.00, duly ratified as such, by the contribution of the necessary information, provided by the Office of Welfare and Family of Aserrí; in the person of Licda. No obstante ante la urgencia que tienen familias de nuestro cantón, que sufren una condición socioeconómica muy vulnerable, y que debido al anterior acuerdo, se les está paralizando el proceso, que les permitirá obtener una vivienda de bien social, adquirida por medio del Bono de la Vivienda con recursos del Estado, se aprueba: "Para que a partir de esta fecha, se les otorgue a estas personas, (que tramiten el Bono en forma individual), la respectiva paja de agua y por ende se les apruebe el permiso de construcción; con el propósito fundamental que no expire el plazo de validación que tiene el Bono de la Vivienda; ocasionándoles con esto que de nuevo deban iniciar el trámite, incurriendo en pérdida de tiempo y gastos de recursos". De igual manera se otorgue dicho beneficio a familias que pretendan construir con el Bono de la Vivienda, así como para familias de bienestar social con un tope máximo de ¢25.000.000,00 debidamente ratificadas como tal, por el aporte de la información necesaria, que suministre la Oficina de Bienestar y Familia de Aserrí; en la persona de la Licda. Tathyana Hernández Méndez, encargada de esa oficina; y que la misma sea debidamente acreditada, con los parámetros adecuados; los cuales garanticen que es una familia que requiere, por medio del bienestar social, que se le otorgue ese recurso. Solicitarle a la Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz y a Coopesantos R.L. no otorgar el servicio de electricidad en el cantón de Aserrí, a aquellas construcciones ilegales y por tanto se les facilite dicho servicio, únicamente a las que cuenten con el permiso municipal respectivo.
