in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norma 38422 Declares of public interest the Pilot Project for the Planting and Industrialization of Jatropha Complete Text of record: FA9CB No. 38422-MP-MBSF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, THE MINISTER OF THE PRESIDENCY AND THE MINISTER OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FAMILY In exercise of the powers and attributions conferred upon them by articles 140, subsections 3), 8), 18), 20), 72 and 146 of the Political Constitution; the numerals 25 subsection 1), 27 subsection 1), 28 subsection 2), paragraph b), of Law 6227, General Law of Public Administration; and the Organic Regulation of the Executive Branch (Executive Decree No. 34582-MP-PLAN of June 4, 2008) and its amendments.
10.-That the beneficiaries of the project include women heads of household, indigenous persons and other farmers in a condition of poverty; residents in communities with low social development indices, such as Boruca, Térraba, Salitre, Ujarrás, Rey Curré, La Casona, Santa Eduviges, Clavera, San Andrés, Chánguena, Paso Real, Jabillo, Sansi, Las Vegas, Yeri and Potrero Grande.

Se insta y autoriza a las instituciones del Estado para que, dentro de su ámbito de competencia y de acuerdo con sus posibilidades, colaboren activamente y aporten recursos humanos, físicos y económicos, para la ejecución del proyecto.
