II- That likewise, the Council of Ministers of Economic Integration (COMIECO), by means of Resolution No. 297-2012 (COMIECO-LXIV) dated December 11, 2012, resolved to repeal Annex 10: "Technical requirements for the commercial registration of microbiological pesticides for agricultural use" of Resolution No. 118-2004 (COMIECO) dated June 28, 2004, published by the Republic of Costa Rica through Executive Decree No. 31961-COMEX-MAG of July 26, 2004. Therefore, consequently, the cited Executive Decree must be adjusted, in accordance with Resolution No. 297-2012 (COMIECO-LXIV) dated December 11, 2012.
III.- That in compliance with what is indicated in said Resolution, its publication proceeds. Therefore; THEY DECREE:

Requisitos para el registro", en la forma que aparece en el Anexo de la Resolución en mención.
II-Que asimismo, el Consejo de Ministros de Integración Económica (COMIECO), mediante la Resolución N° 297-2012 (COMIECO-LXIV) de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2012, resolvió derogar el Anexo 10: "Requisitos técnicos para el registro comercial de plaguicidas microbiológicos de uso agrícola" de la Resolución N° 118-2004 (COMIECO) de fecha 28 de junio de 2004, publicada por la República de Costa Rica mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N° 31961-COMEX-MAG del 26 de julio de 2004. Por lo que, en consecuencia, debe adecuarse el Decreto Ejecutivo de cita, de conformidad con la Resolución N° 297-2012 (COMIECO-LXIV) de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2012.
III.- Que en cumplimiento de lo indicado en dicha Resolución, se procede a su publicación. Por tanto;
