La medida se fundamenta en la carencia de infraestructura portuaria pública adecuada para la descarga obligatoria, lo que justifica permitir los desembarques en muelles privados autorizados, conforme a las leyes pesqueras y resoluciones de la Sala Constitucional. La Junta Directiva no pudo sesionar entre septiembre y noviembre de 2012, lo que impidió atender oportunamente el vencimiento del plazo original de seis meses. Dado que persisten las mismas condiciones que motivaron el acuerdo inicial, se considera procedente extender su vigencia de forma indefinida, en los mismos términos y condiciones, para continuar facilitando al sector pesquero la descarga en sitios idóneos registrados y autorizados por INCOPESCA, con el correspondiente Certificado Veterinario de Operación de SENASA.

Agrees 1- To extend indefinitely, until resolved otherwise, the validity of Agreement AJDIP/029-2012, under the same conditions and terms contained therein.
