OFFICIALIZATION OF THE RÍO NARANJO BIOLOGICAL CORRIDOR
Sole.—That in accordance with Article 12 subsection of the Regulations to the Biodiversity Law, Executive Decree No. 34433-MINAE published in La Gaceta No. 68 of April 08, 2008, the National Council of Conservation Areas (CONAC), through Agreement No. 18 of ordinary session No. 05-2012 held on May 28 of 2012, reviewed the administrative file of the Río Naranjo Biological Corridor, demonstrating compliance with the different requested requirements, as well as the required process, for the officialization and issuance of this resolution.
