Full Text of record: E9DF5 MUNICIPALIDAD DE CARRILLO In order to comply with the provisions of the Concejo Municipal de Carrillo, I am transcribing for your processing the text of agreement No. 3, item 13, Report 3, from ordinary session No. 45-2012, held on November 6 of this year, which literally states:
It is agreed: by unanimous vote, having seen and analyzed the aforementioned official communication, this Council authorizes the Administration, Municipal Procurement Department, Financial Directorate, Treasury, and Accounting Department to proceed with publishing the following notice in the Official Gazette La Gaceta: in relation to the publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 111 of Friday, June 8, 2012, concerning the Map Sheet of the Punta Centinela Regulatory Plan that includes the Delimitation of the State Natural Heritage, it is clarified that the original document of said map sheet is located in triplicate at the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, at the Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo, and at the Municipalidad de Carrillo, and in turn, a digital copy is permanently available on the website of the Municipality: www.municarrillo.go.cr.".
