It is agreed: This Municipal Council, considering the documentation presented by the Regulatory Plan Commission in relation to the different approval phases of the Coastal Regulatory Plan Project of the canton of Carrillo, before the INVU, ICT and SETENA, agrees:
A. To approve the Coastal Regulatory Plan Project of the canton of Carrillo developed within the framework of the Agreement signed between the Municipality of Carrillo and the Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program, given that it has been approved by the INVU, ICT and SETENA and the resolutions of the oppositions presented in the Public Hearing have been formally notified, and therefore it has met all established legal requirements.
B. To include the seal of this Municipality indicating final approval in order to proceed with the publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta of the zoning map, and the regulations of the Coastal Regulatory Plan of the canton of Carrillo.

Se acuerda: Este Concejo Municipal, considerando la documentación presentada por la Comisión de Plan Regulador en relación con las diferentes fases de aprobación del Proyecto de Plan Regulador Costero del cantón de Carrillo, ante el INVU, ICT y SETENA, acuerda:

C. Ordenar a la Alcaldía cumplir con todas las directrices establecidas por la SETENA, mediante la resolución Nº 1909-2012-SETENA que se emitió para la aprobación de la Viabilidad Ambiental para planificación.
D. Ordenar a la Alcaldía coordinar todo lo procedente para que se realice la publicación de esta planificación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta y que la misma información esté disponible de forma permanente en el sitio Web de la Municipalidad de Carrillo (www.municarrillo.go.cr).
