a. Purpose: Zone established with the purpose of complying with what is stated in Chapter III, Article 3, subsection 7.1. of the Regulations for the Control of Subdivision (Fraccionamiento) and Urbanizations.
b. Location: Zone called Z.P.Q. according to map No. 21 and located on both sides of the stream (quebrada), towards the southwest of the study area, and determined by the entry coordinates 355830-478620 and exit coordinates 355592-478696, between the existing boundary markers M2A and M3A.
c. Permitted uses: Protection, conservation, cleaning and rectification of watercourses (cauces), urban forest, placement of water infrastructure or similar.
d. Conditional uses: Parks, trails, lunch ranches, shelters, benches and lighting.
e. Conflicting uses: Any type of building not stated in subsections c) and d).
f. Concessions: Shall be granted in concession to current occupants with the purpose of conservation and protection in accordance with Law 6043.
Sheet No. 1: Correction of the ZPQ Area in the Regulatory Plan of Playa Dominical, which graphically details the scope of this correction, is annexed to this agreement.
