Officials who use the cell phone service owned by SINAC shall be obligated to:
a. Safeguard, maintain in good condition, and use the cell phone and its accessories correctly and rationally.
b. Use the cell phone service solely for matters related to the position held.
c. Coordinate with the Administrative Directorate or the General Services Department of the Executive Secretariat and of the Conservation Areas, as applicable, any modifications that must justifiably be made to the service configuration.
d. Not allow the cell phone to be used by third parties under any circumstance.
e. Not have more than one cell phone assigned whose billing is to be paid by SINAC.
f. Return the cell phone and its accessories upon ceasing to exercise their functions or when so required by the Executive Directorate of SINAC or the Director of the Conservation Area.
g. Keep the cell phone enabled at all times so that constant communication can be maintained on matters related to the functions inherent to the position during the workday.
h. Report to the Executive Directorate, the Administrative Coordination, the General Services Department, and the Institutional Procurement Office, and in the Conservation Areas to the Directorate and Administrative Coordination, as applicable, the loss, misplacement, theft, or damage to the cell phone or its accessories, and the circumstances under which these events occurred.
