a. Traditional Garbage: Solid waste traditionally generated, including paper, cardboard, plastic, organic food, which are the result of the daily activities of the different housing units, private patent holders, and state entities.
b. Category: Placement of a taxpayer according to the estimation of garbage they generate per week, the building area of the dwelling, the commercial activity they carry out, the nature of the institution, and others established by this regulation.
c. Municipality: Municipality of Montes de Oro.
d. Collection Service: Service of collecting, transporting, and managing solid waste (traditional garbage).
e. Fee for services: Amount to be charged to the taxpayer for the collection service, according to their category, subject to prior approval by the respective entities and publication in La Gaceta.
f. Residential Tariff: This is the designation assigned to dwellings and is classified into 4 categories according to the amount of waste they produce and/or their square meters of construction.
g. Commercial Tariff: This is the designation assigned to commerce and is classified into 9 categories according to the amount of waste they produce and/or the commercial activity carried out.
h. Government Tariff: This is the designation assigned to government institutions, NGOs, and non-commercial institutions, and is classified into 5 categories according to the amount of waste they produce and/or their user population.
