Developments that take place within the rest of the district shall be for agricultural purposes and therefore are governed by the same requirements as the Agricultural Zone.
In the cases of small communities that intend some subdivision (fraccionamiento), urbanization, or residential complex development in their locality through a development association, the general norms of the Reglamento para el Control Nacional de Fraccionamiento y Urbanizaciones may be applied, and the Municipality and the Dirección del Urbanismo of the INVU shall jointly study it to define if the project is permitted.
2º-It takes effect upon its publication.
I request that the present motion be accepted, that the committee procedure be dispensed with (if necessary), and that the agreement be declared final.
The Concejo agrees to approve this motion in all its parts, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 44 and Article 45, both of the Código Municipal, by unanimous vote, dispenses with the committee report for the present agreement, and in turn declares it definitively approved.
