in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Rule 273 Establishes the period for the reception of applications for entry into the Programa de Pago por Servicios Ambientales for the year 2012 Full Text of record: E090C FONDO NACIONAL DE FINANCIAMIENTO FORESTAL Resolution No. DG-OF-273-2011.—The Fondo Nacional de Financiamiento Forestal (FONAFIFO).—San José, at ten o’clock on the thirteenth of December, two thousand eleven.
1.—That Article 39, subsection a), subpart i of the Reglamento de la Ley Forestal No. 7575 Decreto Ejecutivo 25721 MINAE and its amendments, establishes that the Fondo Nacional de Financiamiento Forestal shall establish a period for natural and legal persons to submit applications for entry into the Pago por Servicios Ambientales program.
2.—That the Board of Directors of the Fund endorsed the proposal for the scheduling of the reception of applications for payment for environmental services (pago de servicios ambientales) for the year two thousand twelve presented by the Dirección de Pago por Servicios Ambientales. Therefore, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE FONDO NACIONAL DE FINANCIAMIENTO FORESTAL
To establish the period for the reception of applications for entry into the Pago por Servicios Ambientales program for the year 2012 as follows:
1.—For the modality of Forest Protection (Protección de Bosque): from February 1 to March 2, two thousand twelve.
2.—For the modalities of Reforestation (Reforestación), Agroforestry Systems (Sistemas Agroforestales), Forest Management (Manejo de Bosque), and Natural Regeneration (Regeneración Natural) from March 5 to May 31, two thousand twelve.
The granting of appointments to apply for entry will be effective as of January 9, 2012.

EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DEL FONDO NACIONAL DE FINANCIAMIENTO FORESTAL
Establecer el período para la recepción de solicitudes para el ingreso al programa de Pago por Servicios Ambientales para el año 2012 de la siguiente forma:
1º-Para la modalidad de Protección de Bosque: del 01 de febrero al 2 de marzo dos mil doce.
2º-Para las modalidades de Reforestación, Sistemas Agroforestales, Manejo de Bosque y Regeneración Natural del 5 de marzo al 31 de mayo de dos mil doce.
