in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Standard 0 Clarifies for interested parties the requirements that must be met for the registration of domestic-use and professional-use pesticides in the country Full Text of record: DE26E HEALTH REGULATION DIRECTORATE In accordance with the provisions of Article 4, subsection b) of Law No. 8220, published in Supplement No. 22 to La Gaceta No. 49 of March 11, 2002, "Law for the Protection of Citizens from Excessive Administrative Requirements and Procedures" and Executive Decree No. 36630-COMEX-MEIC-S "Publication of Resolution No. 258-2010 (COMIECO-LIX) dated December 13, 2010: Central American Technical Regulation RTCA 65.03.44:07 Pesticides. Domestic-Use and Professional-Use Pesticides. Registration Requirements (Annex 1) and Procedure for the Recognition of Registration of Domestic-Use Pesticides and Professional-Use Pesticides (Annex 2), published in La Gaceta No. 129 of July 5, 2011, which establishes the requirements and the form for the registration of domestic-use and professional-use pesticides (Annex A).
The Regulation Directorate clarifies for interested parties that for the registration of domestic-use and professional-use pesticides in the country, the following shall be observed:
