of the full text - Complete Text of Norm 231 Requirements for the Granting of Tourist Fishing Licenses Complete Text of act: DC44A Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture A.J.D.I.P./231-2011.-Puntarenas, on the tenth day of June of two thousand eleven.
Considering:
Edwin Salazar Serrano, Head of the Department of Protection and Registration, and Biól. Marvin Mora Hernández, Deputy Technical General Director, through which they indicate that inconveniences have been arising in the granting of tourist fishing licenses under Law No. 8436.
Salazar Serrano and Mora Hernández recommend that INCOPESCA validly issue the tourist fishing license, conditioning its effectiveness on the presentation of the tourism declaration in the sport fishing modality issued by the ICT.
AGREES:
8436; for the legal term, its effectiveness being conditioned, by means of the corresponding resolution, to the accreditation of the respective registration by the ICT.

Considerando:
Presidente Ejecutivo que recibió notas tanto del Lic. Edwin Salazar Serrano; Jefe del Departamento de Protección y Registro, como del Biól. Marvin Mora Hernández, Subdirector General Técnico, mediante las cuales señalan que se han venido presentando inconvenientes para el otorgamiento de las licencias de pesca turística al amparo de la Ley N°. 8436.
Salazar Serrano y Mora Hernández que el INCOPESCA extienda válidamente la licencia de pesca turística condicionando su eficacia a la presentación de la declaratoria turística en la modalidad de pesca turística extendida por el ICT.
ACUERDA:
8436; por el plazo de ley, quedando condicionada su eficacia mediante resolución correspondiente, a la acreditación del registro respectivo por parte del ICT.
