Every Concessionaire must have a current and up-to-date Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Póliza de Responsabilidad Civil), and must present it every 6 months to be recorded in the administrative file; it may also be requested at any time by ICODER officials.
The Concessionaire must present, every six months, a Veterinary Medical Report (Dictamen Médico Veterinario) on the state of health of the horses.
The Concessionaire must place a sign no larger than one meter by one meter, with the signage of the conditions and use restrictions recommended by the manufacturer or installer, in visible locations in each Park.
This signage shall contain instructions directed at the public, in a prominent manner and drafted in a simple, plain, and punctual way. This sign must include the ICODER logo, in a size no less than 20% of the sign's surface area. And the design and materials to be used for the manufacture of the sign shall be previously authorized by the Facility and Works Management Directorate.
The Concessionaire must have an emergency plan to address any eventuality at the site where the service to be provided by the concessionaire operates. Likewise, there must be personnel trained in first aid, duly accredited by an entity recognized in this field.
