in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 36428 Declares of public interest the "Congreso y Feria Vive la Madera y la C-Neutralidad" Complete Text act: D889D Nº 36428-MINAET THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 140, subsections 3) and 18) of the Political Constitution, in relation to the General Law of Public Administration, Law Nº 6227 of May 2, 1978, and;
I.-That the National Forestry Office is a public, non-state entity, created through the Forestry Law (Ley Forestal) Nº 7575 of February 13, 1996 to propose to the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications, policies and strategies for the development of the country's forestry activities.
II.-That from June 17 to 19, 2011, the "Congreso y Feria Vive la Madera y la C-Neutralidad" will be held, which is a relevant event for our country on issues of national interest, that enable support for environmental policies.
III.-That it is of importance to declare this event of public interest, and thereby promote and facilitate the support of other institutions and entities that contribute to its promotion and development. Therefore,

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 36428 Declara de interés público el "Congreso y Feria Vive la Madera y la C-Neutralidad" Texto Completo acta: D889D Nº 36428-MINAET LA PRESIDENTA DE LA REPÚBLICA Y EL MINISTRO DE AMBIENTE, ENERGÍA Y TELECOMUNICACIONES En uso de las facultades que les confiere el artículo 140 incisos 3) y 18) de la Constitución Política, en relación con la Ley General de la Administración Pública, Ley Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo del 1978, y;
I.-Que la Oficina Nacional Forestal es un ente público, no estatal, creado mediante la Ley Forestal Nº 7575 del 13 de febrero de 1996 para proponer al Ministerio de Ambiente, Energía y Telecomunicaciones, políticas y estrategias para el desarrollo de las actividades forestales del país.
II.-Que del 17 al 19 de junio del 2011, se celebrará el "Congreso y Feria Vive la Madera y la C-Neutralidad", el cual es un evento relevante para nuestro país en temas de interés nacional, que permiten apoyar las políticas ambientales.
III.-Que resulta de importancia declarar este evento de interés público, y con ello promover y facilitar el apoyo de otras instituciones y entes que coadyuvan en su promoción y desarrollo. Por tanto,
