- 1)A recital part, which shall include:
a. Indication that budgetary availability exists for the acquisition.
b. Indication that the respective expediente was reviewed.
c. Basis of the Board of Directors to support the purchase agreement or its rejection.
- 2)An operative part, which includes the following aspects:
a. Description of the property (detailing the assets included).
b. Decision to purchase the described property, highlighting the total price, the breakdown of the unit values, and the agreed form of payment.
c. Designation of a notary public to prepare the purchase deed.
d. Express indication that it is the seller's responsibility to pay the corresponding registration and transfer expenses.
e. Authorization to the assigned notary public to determine and manage the withholding of the amount corresponding to registration expenses.
f. Order to the Finance Department so that, through its Treasury Area, it effects the withholding of money, according to the terms established in Article 27 of this Regulation.
g. Order to the Settlement Formation Department so that, through its Surveying Area, it carries out the topographic survey for the verification of the farm's measurement and the detailed survey.
h. Order to the Regional Directorate to:
1. Have the corresponding Subregional Office proceed with the reception of the property as provided in Article 29 of this Regulation.
2. Carry out the Family Selection studies.
3. Formulate the Land/Family Relationship study, which shall be submitted within a period of thirty calendar days.
4. Prepare a comprehensive settlement development plan, in coordination with the Regional Agricultural Sector.
5. Proceed to take the budgetary measures to develop infrastructure works that facilitate the development of the acquired farm once the adjudicatees or lessees are settled, in coordination with the National Development Directorate, and to declare it as a priority Settlement in all its attention by the Agricultural Sector.
i. Order the Natural Resources Conservation body to proceed with the formulation of an environmental management plan in the Settlement and provide training and follow-up in that area.
