34888-MINAET, of August 29, 2008, called "Entrance Fees for the Parque Marino del Pacífico", so that henceforth it shall read as follows:
"Article 2º-For the right of entry to the Parque Marino del Pacífico, the following fees shall be paid:
- a)Per day for non-residents:
$10 (ten dollars) for visitors over 12 years of age.
$5 (five dollars) for children from 4 to 11 years of age and foreigners with a disability.
- b)Per day for nationals and residents:
¢2,200.00 (two thousand two hundred colones) for visitors from 12 years of age onward.
¢1,600.00 (one thousand six hundred colones) for infants from 4 to 11 years of age.
¢1,300.00 (one thousand three hundred colones) for organized groups of national students or foreign students studying in the country, up to the age of twenty-five, with the presentation of a current and good-condition student ID card, issued by the educational institution.
¢700.00 (seven hundred colones) for persons with a disability and persons over 60 years of age, upon prior presentation of an identity card in good condition.
- c)Per day for organized groups of at least 20 persons, with a reservation requested at least two business days before entry and paid in cash, shall have a discount of 10%."
