throughout the entire text - Full Text of Regulation 290 Reform Establishes tariffs for the sale of goods and services provided and generated by INCOPESCA (agreement AJDIP/293-2009) Full Text of minute: D385C A.J.D.I.P./290-2010.—Puntarenas, on the tenth day of the month of September, 2010.
1.—That through agreement AJDIP/293-2009, this Board of Directors established the tariffs for goods and services in effect for the 2010 fiscal year.
2.—That through official communication CT-005-2010, the members of the Tariff Commission submit for the Board of Directors' consideration their opinion and recommendation regarding some tariffs that must be incorporated into said agreement, as well as some tariffs they deem necessary to adjust. Therefore, THEY AGREE:
1.—To add and modify in Agreement AJDIP/293-2009, the following Tariffs for the sale of Goods and Services provided and generated by INCOPESCA, in the following manner, which are described according to the detail below, and which shall enter into force upon their adoption:
