in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 36095 Reform of the Public Use Regulation for Manuel Antonio National Park Complete Text of acta: D2457 N° 36095-MINAET THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS In exercise of the powers conferred by articles 140, subsections 3) and 18), 146 of the Political Constitution, in relation to articles 1 and 3 of the Law "Declares Manuel Antonio Beaches National Recreational Park (Now Manuel Antonio National Park)", Law No. 5100 of November 15, 1972, article 1 of Law No. 6084 of August 24, 1977, and article 58 of the Biodiversity Law of April 23, 1998, and;

1. 1That Law No. 5100 of November 15, 1972, published in La Gaceta No. 223 of November 23, 1972, which is currently in force, declares the existence of the Manuel Antonio Beaches National Recreational Park, today Manuel Antonio National Park, expanded by Executive Decree No. 11148-A of February 5, 1980.
2. 2That by Executive Decree No. 22482-MIRENEM, published in La Gaceta No. 173 of September 9, 1993, the Public Use Regulation for Manuel Antonio National Park is made official.
3. 3That Manuel Antonio Beaches National Park, due to its special characteristics in terms of biodiversity and scenic beauty, is a place of great tourist attraction.
4. 4That Manuel Antonio Beaches National Park has experienced, in recent years, a growing increase in the number of visitors, which has caused diverse forms of environmental impact on the resources protected in said area.
5. 5That for the purpose of protecting the natural resources of the Park, it is necessary to regulate the influx of tourists within the Protected Wild Area. Therefore,

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 36095 Reforma Reglamento de Uso Público para el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio Texto Completo acta: D2457 N° 36095-MINAET LA PRESIDENTA DE LA REPÚBLICA Y EL MINISTRO DE AMBIENTE, ENERGÍA Y TELECOMUNICACIONES En el ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por los artículos 140, incisos 3) y 18), 146 de la Constitución Política, en relación con los artículos 1º y 3º de la Ley "Declara Parque Recreativo Nacional Playas de Manuel Antonio (Ahora Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio)", Ley Nº 5100 del 15 de noviembre del año 1972, artículo 1º de la Ley Nº 6084 del 24 de agosto de 1977, y artículo 58 de la Ley de Biodiversidad del 23 de abril de 1998, y;

1. 1Que la Ley Nº 5100 del 15 de noviembre del año 1972, publicada en La Gaceta Nº 223 del 23 de noviembre del año 1972, la cual se encuentra vigente a la fecha, declara la existencia del Parque Recreativo Nacional Playas de Manuel Antonio, hoy Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, ampliado mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 11148-A del 5 de febrero de 1980.
2. 2Que mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 22482-MIRENEM, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 173 del 9 de setiembre de 1993, se oficializa el Reglamento de Uso Público para el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio.
3. 3Que el Parque Nacional Playas de Manuel Antonio por sus especiales características en cuanto a la biodiversidad y belleza escénica, es un lugar de gran atractivo turístico.
4. 4Que el Parque Nacional Playas de Manuel Antonio ha experimentado en los últimos años, un aumento creciente del número de visitantes, lo cual ha provocado diversas formas de impacto ambiental sobre los recursos que se protegen en dicha área.
5. 5Que con el propósito de proteger los recursos naturales del Parque, se hace necesario regular la afluencia de turistas dentro del Área Silvestre Protegida. Por tanto,
