- a)To prepare, together with the Presidency, the agenda of the matters to be discussed at each meeting.
- b)To perform the functions that correspond to it or supervise to whom the CNA delegates to:
i- Convene the members of the CNA to the sessions, distribute the agenda and the materials to be discussed in each case.
ii- Draft the minutes of the sessions held by the CNA.
iii- Keep the record, file, and custody of the CNA documents.
iv- Duly notify the agreements.
v- Inform the CNA about any other matter of interest.
- c)To maintain an updated general information system on the CST Certification and the OEEs.
- d)To provide the necessary information to keep the electronic page of the CST Program updated.
- e)To receive and process applications for accreditation of OEEs.
- f)To instruct, coordinate, and supervise the Technical Execution Committee and the OEEs in the functions assigned to them in this regulation.
- g)To receive the evaluation, reevaluation, and audit reports prepared by the Technical Execution Committee and by the OEEs and submit them to the knowledge of the CNA.
- h)To carry out the administrative, budgetary, and logistical procedures to support the objectives of the CNA and the CST, including the Annual Operational Plan.
- i)To provide information to the public on the progress of the CST certification and keep confidentiality in matters strictly pertaining to the tourism companies.
- j)To carry out the studies requested by the CNA, for which it will have the support of the Technical Execution Committee and of those appointed by the CNA.
- k)To instruct the Technical Execution Committee on those obligations demanded by the CNA.
- l)Other functions assigned by the CNA.
