The president shall hold the powers and functions established by article 49 of the General Law of the Public Administration, referring to Collegiate Bodies and their composition, having the following specific functions:
6.1. Exercise the representation of the CTAM.
6.2. Preside over the sessions.
6.3. Convene, together with the Secretary, the ordinary and extraordinary sessions.
6.4. Sign, together with the Secretary, the minutes of the sessions.
6.5. Sign the correspondence issued by the CTAM.
6.6. Such other functions as this Regulation, the Executive Branch, and the agreements of the CTAM confer upon them.
