in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 35511 Renders Without Effect Executive Decree No. 26058 "Declares of Public Utility the Yiski Conservationist Association" Complete Text of record: C93B6 No. 35511-J THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE Based on the provisions set forth in articles 140, subsection 18), and 146 of the Political Constitution, in article 32 of the Law on Associations and in articles 27 and following of its Regulation.
I.-That article 32 of the Law on Associations No. 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine, and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility simple, federated, or confederated Associations whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.
II.-That the Yiski Conservationist Association, legal entity identification number 3-002-141449, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry since September first, nineteen ninety-three, under case file No. 5787. Likewise, said entity was declared of Public Utility through Executive Decree No. 26058-J of April first, nineteen ninety-seven.
III.-That the Yiski Conservationist Association requested to render without effect the Public Utility benefit, a decision taken at the general assembly held on November twenty-nine, two thousand eight. Given that, once due process has been carried out, it is determined that said entity maintains, both within its bylaws and in its operation, the purposes and objectives in favor of environmental and natural resource conservation that served as the basis for being declared of Public Utility, as these address a social need.
IV.-That despite the continued operation of said Association, by means of a general assembly the express waiver of the public utility declaration granted by the Ministry of Justice was agreed upon; therefore, it is appropriate to render without effect the administrative act by which the Public Utility declaration was granted to the applicant Association, as well as the effects derived from said act.

Asimismo, dicha entidad fue declarada de Utilidad Pública mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 26058-J del primero de abril de mil novecientos noventa y siete.
III.-Que la Asociación Conservacionista Yiski, solicitó dejar sin efecto el beneficio de Utilidad Pública, decisión que fue tomada en la asamblea general celebrada el veintinueve de noviembre del dos mil ocho. Siendo que, una vez efectuado el debido proceso, se determina que dicha entidad mantiene tanto dentro de sus estatutos como en su operatividad, los fines y objetivos en pro de la conservación del ambiente y de los recursos naturales que sirvieron de base para ser declarada de Utilidad Pública, al solventar los mismos una necesidad social.
