in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Regulation 131 Establishes the Inspection Fee in the Maritime-Terrestrial Zone of the Canton of Nicoya Full Text of record: C92FD MUNICIPALITY OF NICOYA Agreement No. 13.1: The Municipal Council unanimously approves establishing the sum of ¢25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand colones) as the Inspection Fee in the Maritime-Terrestrial Zone (Zona Marítima Terrestre) of the canton of Nicoya, with the objective of covering institutional expenses, for the concept defined in the Law and as an indispensable requirement of the Administrative Process, for processing applications for Concessions (Concesiones) and Extensions (Prórrogas). Publish in the Official Gazette La Gaceta. Approved as final.
For the corresponding purposes, the publication shall be made only once, to confirm and ratify the aforementioned agreement, and once the term is established, the administrative actions shall be executed, as a regulation of the Municipal Administration of the Municipal Corporation of Nicoya.
