Authorization is granted to the Joint Institute of Social Assistance to donate the following real estate of its property: the first, registered under the Folio Real System, registration number four one zero five three nine - zero zero zero (N.º 410539-000), is pasture lands (terreno de potrero) located in canton III, Desamparados; 7th district, Patarrá; province of San José. It measures fifty-four thousand six hundred thirty-two square meters and forty-seven square decimeters and its boundaries are: to the north, Trinidad Ureña Valverde and others; to the south, public street; to the east, public street and in part others, and to the west, public street and in part others. The cadastral map is number SJ- zero one four five seven eight five-one nine nine three (N. º SJ-0145785-1993). The second real estate, registered under the Folio Real System, registration number one four three seven eight one-zero zero zero, (N.º 143781-000), is pasture lands (terreno de potrero), located in canton III, Desamparados; 7th district, Patarrá, province of San José. It measures one hundred four thousand five hundred four square meters with thirty-one square decimeters and its boundaries are: to the north, public street Mauricio Relinda Mora; to the south, Mauricio Mora, Virgilio Mena and others; to the east, middle road Mauricio Mora and another and to the west, Dolores and Eladio Gamboa and another. The cadastral map is number SJ- zero one four six nine one five-one nine nine three (N.º SJ-0146915-1993). Both real estate properties will be donated to the Municipality of Desamparados so that it may develop on them a project for the conservation of water resources (recurso hídrico) and the existing forest cover (masa boscosa) on the farm, with the aim of improving the quality of life of the citizens of the canton of Desamparados.
