in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 35265 Declares of Public Utility for the Interests of the State the Association for the Development of the Juan Castro Blanco Water National Park Complete Text of act: C60D4 No. 35265-J No. 35265-J THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND GRACE Based on the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations, and articles 27 and following of its Regulation.
I.-That article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eight, one thousand nine hundred thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that therefore contribute to solving a social need.
II.-That the Association for the Development of the Juan Castro Blanco Water National Park, legal identification number 3-002-230553, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of the tenth day of September, two thousand four, under file No. 10104.
III.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three of its Bylaws, are: ". Article three: The purposes of the Association shall be the following: as a specific objective, the Association shall carry out all necessary tasks to support the consolidation, management, administration, protection, and vigilance of the Juan Castro Blanco National Park..." IV.-That such purposes solve a social need of the first order, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore, They decree:

I.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones número 218 de ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.
II.-Que la Asociación Pro Desarrollo Parque Nacional del Agua Juan Castro Blanco, cédula de Persona Jurídica número 3-002-230553, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día diez de setiembre del dos mil cuatro, bajo el expediente Nº 10104.
III.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: ". Artículo tercero: Los fines de la Asociación serán los siguientes: como objeto específico, la Asociación realizará todas las labores necesarias para apoyar la consolidación, manejo, administración, protección y vigilancia del Parque Nacional Juan Castro Blanco...''
