in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 34900 Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Association for the Development of Culture and the Environment of the Northern Region Complete Text record: 16A672 Nº 34900-J Nº 34900-J (This executive decree was repealed by Article 1 of Executive Decree Nº 44505 of March 15, 2024) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE Based on the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations and Articles 27 and following of its Regulations.
I.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eighth, nineteen hundred thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.-That the Association for the Development of Culture and the Environment of the Northern Region, legal identification number three-zero zero two-zero fifty-six thousand nine hundred sixteen, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry since the twenty-ninth day of August, nineteen hundred eighty-three, under file Nº 804.
III.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to Article second of its Bylaws, are: "(.) Article second: (...) The purposes shall be to promote by all means at its reach all social, cultural and tourist activities in general that are required aimed at the cultural and tourist enrichment of the community and at a better knowledge of our historical heritage (...)".
