in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 34797 Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Asociación de Acueducto del Tablón de El Guarco de Cartago Full Text of record: C0175 Nº 34797-J Nº 34797-J THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE Pursuant to the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations, and articles 27 and following of its Regulation.
I.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations Nº 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine, and its reforms, vests in the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.-That the Asociación de Acueducto del Tablón de El Guarco de Cartago, legal ID Nº 3-002-251516, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry since September twenty-four, nineteen ninety-nine, under case file Nº 11537 of the Registry of Associations.
III.-That among the purposes pursued by the association are the following:

I.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones Nº 218 del ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve, y sus reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.
II.-Que la Asociación de Acueducto del Tablón de El Guarco de Cartago, cédula jurídica Nº 3-002-251516, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día veinticuatro de setiembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, bajo el III.-Que entre los fines que persigue la asociación se encuentran los siguientes:
