The Municipality of Pérez Zeledón is authorized to segregate a lot from the property registered in the National Property Registry, under the Registered Property System with title number two eight five point six four one dash zero zero zero (No. 285,641-000), of the San José district, located in district 3, Daniel Flores; canton XIX, Pérez Zeledón; province, San José; bounded on the north by the Inter-American Highway, the State Distance Learning University and the National Council for Rehabilitation and Special Education; on the south, by the Pro Child Care Development Association and another; on the east, by Liliana Halder Picado and another, and on the west, by the Pro Child Care Development Association and another. The registered measurement of said property is one hundred twenty-seven thousand three hundred eighty-eight square meters and seventeen square decimeters (127,388.17 m²). The lot to be segregated measures three thousand five hundred forty square meters and forty-three square decimeters (3,540.43 m²); it is land suitable for building and its boundaries are: on the north, the National Council for Rehabilitation and Special Education; on the south, the Municipality of Pérez Zeledón; on the east, a public street, with a frontage thereon of thirty-nine linear meters and ninety-eight centimeters, and on the west, a public street, with a frontage thereon of thirty-nine linear meters and fifteen centimeters, as described in cadastral plan number SJ dash six seven two point six two nine dash two zero zero zero (No. SJ-672.629-2000).
