In order to modify article eight point four of the Manual of Administrative Procedures and add the following.
"Excepted from this prohibition are those properties that, even though they have judicial annotations, these do not refer to litigation over the ownership of the property, and may enjoy Payment for Environmental Services in the forest conservation (conservación de bosque) modality; through the year-end procedure."
